Staff are very helpful!
The rooms are great, but the staff make the difference. Everyone was so helpful, from the guest services, to tour operators and the team assisting at the Cafe in the lobby. Especially Leica assisting with our timely departure as we headed to the airport.

Proper arrangements in all
I would like to thank all the staff. Co sidering the long delays in my flight, Staff made all possibile for comforting me. I'd like to extend special thanks to Azil at reception, Bala and all Concierge service team for properly arranging my transfwr to the airport with several delays in time due to flight postponement

Great place, fantastic service
What can I say? Great Hotel and perfect service. Joy has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best experience. My dietary restrictions were catered for perfectly by Joy's foresight and preparation. Her experience and professionalism are exemplary. Also thanks to Rita for her attention to detail and the chef for accomading my vegetarianism. Nothing was too much trouble. Also a big shout out for Suresh and Arief for their attention to detail, awareness of guest requirements at the pool, but most of all their good humour and great smiles. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The staff are a credit to this great hotel and deserve recognition. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was great!
The service was great. Yisselle did a fantastic job making us very welcomed! The toilet was missing Toiletry essentials. The bed was comfortable and one room was spacious for a family of 4! Breakfast served everything. Towels are provided in a big bag that could be taken to the beach and returned.

Brilliant location great place
Very friendly staff always helpful and supportive. Good facilities and perfect location. Naim our room attendant was very helpful and always there to assist with whatever we needed, he was very friendly and looked after us during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
