The hotel was superb, the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Mustafa and George at reception were professional, friendly and kind. Also at the restaurant Anas and Loreine were amazing as well. Even the room service guy John was great. The food wqa delicious with great variety, hotel very clean. We had nothing to complain about, also the value for money is so worth it. Thank you for making last weekend amazing!
I was so happy arriving to the hotel to find amazing welcoming and greeting by Mohammad Khoja from reception, I was expecting to find food unaffordable but it was very much reasonably priced and tasty thanks to Khoja as well who gave me guidance , pools very spacious and nice we enjoyed the slide at the Sejan pool beach ⛱️ had amazing natural reserve area where snorkeling 🤿 is so beautiful without taking the trouble to travel while staying in Aqaba

Had a really unfortunate experience with this hotel. I was in town for a big event and had my stay reserved and prepaid. the hotel charged me a second time for my stay. it seems they do this routinely, as it has happened to others I know of both in my group and not. it took me nearly a month to get a refund and only then because I had the credit card company intervein. They showed no concern for the fact that they overcharged me by nearly $1000. I still have not received hotel points despite giving my account info at check-in and requesting them through the ALL website. For the actual stay, the hotel is showing its age, a bit run down and doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star honestly. They seem to be trying to get money from you at every opportunity, which also feels very low class. We were supposed to have the option of early check-in as part of a group contract, but they would only give it to us if we paid 100$ extra per person. so we had to leave for meetings without checking in and freshening up. if you wanted your breakfast in room you would have to pay for it a second time and if you chose foods that are not on the same "menu" they would charge you for two separate breakfasts. I spent 30$ one night on the buffy dinner, which was mostly the same as the buffet breakfast with a couple of meat stations added, and drinks were not included. By that, I mean any drinks, juice, soda, seltzer water... One of the nights I was there the restaurant had extremely loud music that shook my room and went on until midnight(and I was getting up at 5:30 am). I would not recommend this hotel and will hesitate to stay at a Movenpick again. if I don't receive points for the stay I will likely steer clear of ALL properties altogether. it shouldn't be a huge chore to get points for a stay.
A very quiet place, green spaces consistent with the buildings, stunning gardens. The most beautiful thing is that the resort is also designed for people with special needs as well. All the people working in the place are professionals in performing their duties.
