Good hotel for an overnight stay. Comfortable rooms , restaurant on the ground floor alongside the bar. The food was good but I had my soup bowl lifted by a waitress before I had finished and the next course put down heavily in front of me . There is a restaurant area with music on the top floor .Not in use during our stay.

I have stayed here more than once due to its excellent location, but it is pricing itself too high for what you get. It seems to be continuing to trade off the Movenpick name rather than Accor Hotels. The reception staff i found to be rather curt and not willing to help in all circumstances which is disappointing. The room is fine and comfortable but not really 5 star luxury, the wall paper is peeling in several areas, the carpet is quite awful in style (but clean), the shower tended to leak across a tiled floor due to a poor rubber seal (this is for more than one room i have stayed in), i also had poor quality internet the last stay (tended to drop out). The spa facilities are great, although the pool was closed for maintenance last time i visited. The bar area quite cozy with excellent friendly staff. The breakfast is a bit laborious, greatly over priced, for a 1/4 of the price i would suggest going across to Armada Shopping Centre. I will probably be staying in alternative hotels going forward.

I could say here is 5 star hotel . 3-4 . Staff was friendly and fast . The hotel location is fine. Very small hym max for 1 person . Rooms are very small with small windows. I didint liked open bathroom. Hotels looks old . Lift working only with card so stupid i think . Irs ok if its 3 or 4 stars but not 5 i paid ~160 for two nice .

Poor sleep quality, old and thin worn out mattresses ( 809). Excellent breakfast management, Mr Agdasan and Mr. Kudret run a highly efficient breakfast team. Good choices, fast services. The chef is constantly out in the restaurant improving supplies and appearance of food items. Except…. Poor bread corner layout and choices. No large Croissants, Danish Pastries, brown sliced to toast, limited bread choice, very poor corner display.

The front desk staff especially Mert Kurkaya & Sinai Dohvsan were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. We were a delegation of 11 persons with many different demands that were attained to in a very professional way. The location of this property is so ideal whether you are on a business trip or vacation.
