Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

Great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Largest and perhaps best pool on boracay. Pool 4 feet deep so everyone can enjoy. The beachfront of the hotel is the best of the 3 hotels on this private strand. Buffet breakfast fantastic. Choices for everyone and every nationality. Well manicured gardens. Compounded with a wonderful summer weather you'll have a fantastic beach holiday experience

It was my worst experience with 5 star resort. 1- my check out i ask to be at 8 am and the transportation to the airport also and paid for it with the full flight details on check in .. at the day before my check out i went to remind them that tomorrow i will check out even i have one night been paid for in advance, next day i was in front desk 7:45am and they haven’t arrange my transportation. 2- i was also slowed off because i paid the laundry cash and they didn’t sort it out the night before and i told them i paid for it in cash they took to long time to confirm it so i repaid for it again so i can leave fast after 15 min the laundry worker came to show our cash. 3- i ask for the manager no show for him . Overpriced bad service and communication between departments. The only good thing the nurses that treated me .. yes i paid for it but she was the only good thing in this resort never again.

Whilst not a fan of resort style hotels, I was pleasantly surprised with Movenpick Boracay + enormous multi-layered swimming pool + spacious private beach with white sand & super clear turquoise water + even when busy, resort is big enough that you still have your own space + good transportation service to get around the island + friendly helpful staff - more sun beds needed around the pool and more umbrellas needed for shade on the beach

Was a great stay with my family.. we enjoyed the amenities.. hotel is nice..very peaceful compared to other stations..the only disappointing for me was the chocolate hour.. its not what i was expecting. But overall i will say na we'll still come back

Our expectations where already very high before coming here and usually when It is Like that, they are difficult to be met but in this place everything was beyond our expectation, the room (Junior Suite) was exactly Like in the pictures, it was very Clean, Well mantained and really spacious, the beach is Sand is even cleaned and filtered so that you dont step on something which might Hurt your feet. The massages were Just really good, you can even choose to get them at the beach If you Like to do so. All the personel is Just so kind and they are able to read any wish from your lips. Here i want to mention Mark-lyndon and Myje they were able to make us feel so Special and their service was the best ive ever seen, real Professionals. I would really suggest to get the Airport Pickup Service they offer, its quite the experience We got picked Up in a Small Bus which was Just for the two of us (maybe by luck i dont know) from there we went to their private boat-welcome Center. We got a drink and our luggage carried to the speed boat, a small trip followed to the main Island of Boracay. Another 10-15 Minutes ride in a Van to the Hotel. This service is extra but i didnt regret that we took it. Ive been to many good hotels already but this Resort/Hotel is the best experience ive had so far. I think that price wise its a very good choice it might Not be cheap but it dosent have to, because it offers so much value for the money.
