Very good service served by Prince at the room service ! All the staff is nice and aware for the guests . The hotel has a very nice swimming pool surrounding by a charming gardens . I spent a very nice stay ! I recommend …………………………………………………………..
Excellent service and hospitality. We had a driver every day of our stay. Very clean, and the ambiance is amazing. Our suite was very spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The restaurant and executive lounge food was very delicious and tasteful
I had a successful trip and me coming to Ghana my very first time was extra ordinary I really had a nice time. And I have been to many 5 star hostels in the country and they are nice including Movenpick, Kempinski and the rest. But most importantly when I came to Movenpick it was a nice place and I liked the hospitality there but one thing I was not happy with was the television. The televisions are outmoded for a 5 star hotel like Movenpick. Have been to the restuarent 4 times and ordered from room service 6 times and the room service and restaurant had nice staffs, Mary always with a smile whenever i come in for my breakfast in the morning,very politely.their service was cool, Albert and Okasha was also great on my stay, Restaurant service sometimes get little slow or perhaps it might be due to many orders coming in the hotel that’s why. I enjoyed my stay there and I already picked it as my hotel whenever I’m in the country. Thanks for your services and hoping to experience new services on my next trip.
Nice facility, great staff. Renovations were going on at the time of our visit. However our stay was quiet and comfortable. We upgraded to a suite with balcony view of the pool. This small detail added much value to our 8 day stay at the Movenpick. Andrew our concierge was awesome and so was Emmanuel(thanks for giving my wife and I our African names). Food and service at the Executive lounge was wonderful. Because this was our first visit to Accra and we had to have secure wifi access we chose Movenpick. However next visit we’re airbnb-ing in East Lagoon. Definitely a beautiful beginning to the motherland!!
We stayed at the hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. What made the experience most memorable was the staff. This review is specifically for the Sankofa restaurant at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel. The breakfast staff is so courteous and welcoming and the dinner staff is equally exceptional. We had fine dining, you know the food is delicious when local families bring friends and have celebrations at a restaurant. The staff is so kind and deliver such superb service on top of that! If you are having date night, birthday celebration, or another memorable occasion-you will not be disappointed. As guests of the hotel, it was so convenient to have such an amazing option on a daily basis. Come to Sankofa restaurant-you will have an exceptionally amazing experience!
