Perfect Resort for Kiting and relaxing, the people are perfecly friendly, the Service is amazing, lovely Food, very good breakfast. The Service Team of the Mövenpick Resort is very friendly and considering all your wishes. The Hotel is very clean the Pool has a Perfect Temperature of 28 C .. important to mention.. the rooms are big and the beds ( Boxspring) are very comfortable .. we recommand this Hotel for sure
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. SEFEIN at the front desk who helped me find my iPhone which I left on a Tok Tok. He was diligent and handle the situation rapidly, with professionalism and kindness. The security system is amazing, thank you.
This hotel has a prime location and is situated in a big and very beautiful garden. The facilities outside are excellent, the pools and the health club, and there are loungers everywhere. There is a lot of space for everyone, which is very attractive. However the rooms are disappointing and deserve no more than 3 stars. Badly designed, with traces of wear and tear, and not too clean (a sweep under the bed and a thorough clean of the rugs on the floor would have been welcome). No need to book a "deluxe" room with a view. All rooms are the same, just with different colours, and all have lovely views. The restaurant is big and there is a wide selection of dishes. The food is good, although my partner had some gut trouble (not very serious) but this is not surprising in Egypt, so we can't really blame the hotel. Just bring some anti-diarrhea pills. All in, if you are not looking for luxury, a good hotel for a relaxing holiday.
Our trip has been very relaxing and fun at the same time. The staff has been excellent, professional and warm. The place is beautiful, but the staff has made the trip wonderful - especially the animation team. They kept us in great moods during the entire trip whether we were participating or watching from across the pool. Their smiles are infectious.
