Mövenpick Cebu

My friends and I stayed for 3 days, and we were also celebrating my birthday on one of those days. I was absolutely happy with the surprise they had in store, It was definitely sparkle moment✨. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It felt like my second home already. Kudos to our fellow heartists, sir Paulo, Ms. Sheena, sir Uneson, Ms. Cheezee, Chef Eric, sir Lester, sir Thomas, and everyone else for your efforts in making our stay in Movenpick a great moment to remember.💛

We ate at the forum. Gab, Raymond, Jan, Eric, and Mark served us. They were wonderful!! They deserve raises🥳🥳 I’m definitely coming back. The service was excellent and so was the food🙏🙏 We had the balearic feast with the 12-course meal and we were very satisfied!!

This is one of the best hotels I ever visited. The food was great, the surroundings beautiful and the staff was the best! They even organised a basketball game for my son! Thank you Chyrel, Ronel, Claudio, Henessy, Kurt, Eric, Airmar, John, Fritz and Stanley!

We stayed for 3 nights in Movenpick Mactan at the end of our 3-week holiday in the Philippines. The staff were all amazing and to mention a few, we would like to thank the lobby girls: Rochelle and Ella. We enjoyed the chocolate hour mid afternoon after staying in the sun & swimming all morning. They have looked after us and are both so sweet. Also, thank you to Uneson in The Forum restaurant. He was very attentive and helpful when we dined in the restaurant. The reason we’ve given it a 4 star is because the room and facilities aren’t as good as comparitively priced hotels. There is only 1 pool and the beach is small. The ibiza bar is also advertised as open on the website and around the hotel, but is still under construction. The room was also very damp and condensation quickly collected in the mirrors when the aircon wasn’t turned on full. Would we come back? Yes if there’s a good deal but if prices remain as they are there are better options available in Mactan.

The ambiance is giving sensational feeling, the staffs were very accommodating. The place is perfect for refreshments. I love also the color of the surroundings because even if we are experiencing extreme heat in the country still the color gives a cozy feels.
