Paid extra for interconnecting rooms as travelling with 12 year old - Movenpick Bali refuses to reserve them
A warning to other families travelling with children re interconnecting rooms. We are due to stay at the Movenpick Hotel Bali this May and had booked the classic garden rooms (we had to pay for two rooms as our 12 year old daughter is considered an adult by the hotel and so has to have her own room). We accepted this and on explaining that we needed interconnecting rooms, we were told to pay for the more expensive pool rooms. We did this, but were then told that the interconnecting rooms would not be reserved for us; just a request would be made, and we would not find out until we arrived if the rooms would be interconnecting or not. Two months and numerous emails and phone calls later, Movenpick Bali is still refusing to ensure that the two pool rooms we have paid for are interconnecting, even though there is no reason for them not to be. It's a real worry, and so frustrating that we just receive polite emails with platitudes, which show no empathy or common sense at all. Not the best start to our holiday

I highly recommend this spa for the quality of massage, the professionalismof the staff and the beauty of the interior.
Very nice spa, modern, clean, and well decorated. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, which makes you feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here, and Putri was an excellent therapist. She was kind and professional. She gave me the best massage I ever had.

Heaven on Earth
This place is heaven on earth! The hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff members is incredible. My journey started with Obby at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the pools are clean & not over crowded, the beach is a quick 7 minute walk, and the chocolate happy hour is a *sweet* bonus amenity for all guests. I highly recommend this amazing resort to all!

Sensational massage and facial
We did the couples package including massage, body scrub and facial treatment. The experience was fantastic and relaxing and a great way to finish our Bali trip! Thank you Artiya and Arti for the fantastic experience, we will certainly recommend Arkipela Spa to our friends and family.

Trying this hotel in Jimbaran area as the location is very strategic. The hotel is quite new. Design is modern. We did the check in with mba oppy. Very nice service indeed. We were given early check in with no husstle since we travel with a 4 year old. Thank you for accomodating
