Heaven !

The hotel is next level beautiful and the spa is heaven. I was privileged to have Artini my massage and beauty therapist look after me for the three visits to the spa. Her massage technique is firm but do very relaxing, I highly recommend you ask for her if you visit the spa. Jane Australia

Soothing experience at Arkipela Spa & Wellness

The therapists who served my husband and I were Komang and Rina, they made the experience really awesome, with the right pressure and strength. The room is big with very nice ambience, both my husband and I fell asleep and took a good rest during the 90 minutes.

The spa experience was 10/10

The spa experience was sensational, our therapists muriati and made were absolutely fantastic. So relaxing 😌we found the experience so enjoyable, such high quality of massage to relieve all our aches and pains. We will definitely come back again.

Utterly delightful, family friendly

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The service was wonderful, particularly Putri in the spa who is an amazing massage therapist, and Ari at the pool bar who gives great tips on places to visit around Bali. There was a small snag with our booking because of a miscommunication, but Mövenpick sorted it out quickly and without any fuss. I highly recommend this wonderful place as a stunning destination in itself, and a convenient location for visiting lots of sights in Ubud, Uluwatu and beyond.
