To mark our 70th anniversary, we are introducing seven extraordinary dishes that marry the old with the new. Be prepared for a culinary journey inspired by cuisines and gastronomy trends from around the world as we re-imagine menu favourites, including some of our most popular “signature dishes”, to please your palate in new and exciting ways.

Scallops & avocado tartare

Beef tartare has become a Mediterranean version with scallops and an emphasis on ingredients that are big on flavour and health-giving benefits.

Salade belle fermière

Our interpretation of Salade François is as just as lively as the celebrated movie scene in the 1948 American musical film, “Easter Parade”.

Mushrooms and vegetables Zurich Style

Our meat-free version of Zurich-style veal is rich in texture and colour, thanks to an enticing combination of root vegetables and Shitake mushrooms.

Seafood Casimir

We created a light dish featuring a health-boosting medley of steamed seafood, fish and sea asparagus, as well as an assortment of citrus fillets.

Bare beef burger Café de Paris

A speciality of this dish is the lean mince patty – an almost fat-free prime beef cut that is also used to make our classic Entrecôte Café de Paris.

Carrot waffle

Our famous Mövenpick ice cream and Mövenpick Espresso are key ingredients in this quirky reinterpretation of our classic Swiss carrot cake.

Mille-feuille saumon & caviar d’olive

Delicate smoked salmon and puff pastry slice, paired with a golden olive caviar that takes its cue from molecular gastronomy techniques.
