Location Location
This is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Madinah. I may sound contradictory to say that this hotel is in dire need of a renovation, the interior decor is from an era gone by ! I am pretty sure Mövenpick are confident that guests will keep returning for the close proximity to the Haram and ignore any other shortcomings of the hotel. Please bring this hotel up to date which can then justify charging the room prices you are charging.

Great place but service bad.
I stayed at the movenpick between 30th april 2024 to 2nd may 2024. The hotel is great as it very close to the shop, resturants and masjid e nabvi also breakfast was great. The down fall is the staff at check in very slow busy chit chattimg to there colleuges, room beds are not comfortable. Shower very small and the lifts are just something else . If you get into the wrong lift your on a different part of the hotel. The door keycard is so bad you have pull it up and down about 15 to 20 times before it unlocks. I had 12 door keys by the time i checked out .

Best hotel for Loves ones .
Movenpick Medina Management is Meritorious, especially food and Beverages section . Highly Trained and well Mannered staff and veteran chef . I book restaurant for my family , The experience with Movenpick was awesome . Food was so neat and delicious as i want . Other services are also admire able. I would recommend that in Medina Best hotel for family is Movenpick . Once again lots appreciation for staff as well .

Absolutely Fantastic
Booked two rooms at Movenpick. But wasn’t happy at first. Spoke to Rawan at reception and she was brilliant. She helped us to select a different room and we were very pleased. Thank you Rawan for your service. You are a credit to the team and deserve to be recognised and awarded accordingly.
