Rasoi means ‘kitchen’ in Hindi and here you will get to taste many signature dishes like the Tandoori lamb chop, Zataar-olive chicken tikka, butter chicken, lamb biryani and Kaffir lime prawns alongside the ever-popular samosa chaat.
Originally from Mumbai, Vineet Bhatia moved to London where he blazed a trail across the culinary world, re-thinking Indian food. He earned his Michelin Star for the first time in 2001. Discover his food art right here in Jeddah, for lunch or dinner.
