True to Swiss hospitality, ForKnife is an all-day dining restaurant offering a choice of buffet or à-la-carte dining options, featuring the freshest selection of international dishes including seafood, hot and cold meats, hand-tossed salads and delectable desserts that will leave you truly spoiled with choice.

Located on the first floor, this restaurant can cater for up to 130 guests and serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a comprehensive à-la-carte menu. ForKnife restaurant also hosts Friday Brunch, theme and specialty nights with live music.

The Sunshine State’s Farmers Markets are legendary for their wonderful varieties of freshly-harvested vegetables. We combine a colourful bouquet of baby veg in refreshing lemon vinaigrette to complement glazed salmon, cooked to perfection at 80 degrees in olive oil.
