Swimming pool
I am a permanent customer on the swimming pool. Honestly, one of the most beautiful and wonderful places, dealing and service is a very clean place. Very wonderful service, especially employee Ibrahim from the food and beverage department. A very wonderful person offers a very wonderful service. I wish him progress and success in the future.

Bad pools, dirty toilets & bad staff
The outdoor pools are very bad, it was a very bad experience. kids pool is not clean and full of sand & trees leaves + toilets & showers are very dirty and need maintenance + staff on pool bar are not polite with no standards of a 5 star hotel they are very young and very very slow to provide any service!!!! Is this hotel really managed by Movenpick ??!!

Our meeting was held at movenpick amman they managed to organize and reserve 6 busy weeks amazingly in a short time also their support during the meeting was amazing special thanks to erfan, Joud, Mohammed Doghmi, Mohammad Abdul Basit and Haitham. I would like also to thank the restaurant chefs ( Nidal & Basil).
