The best in Phu Quoc
We stayed 3 nights by Movenpick as a part of our vacation. Honestly, it was the best experience during our vacation. The suite is nice and huge with a sea view. We liked a lot the pool and beach. The Aura bar and the lobby bar are really excellent with a great selection of cocktails and drinks. The food at Aura bar and main restaurant was also delicious and nicely presented. The hotel itself got a prime location next to the public bus station (free of charge in Phu Quoc) and 10 mins with a direct bus to the city center. Frontdesk are very kind, reactive and helpful. Housekeeping personnel and management are kind and doing an excellent job. Management at all levels, are so kind, listening carefully to customers feedback, and doing their best to keep high quality standards and provide guests with the best experience. Special thanks to the guest relation manager who knows how to turn complaints in a compliments, and made our visit into a memorable stay. Thank you for everything and I hope to visit you once again soon.

Nails - summer ready
Went to the spa at Mövenpick a few days ago for a manicure and pedicure. Ms. Vi did an amazing job with my nails! Both the manicure and pedicure were done very carefully with a lot of attention for detail. I would definitely recommend everyone to get their nails done here!

Fabulous large Hotel resort in quiet location
We had 4 superb nights at The Movenpick Phu Quoc. The resort was quite large but we had a fantastic room opening up onto a small pool which had a great location close to both reception and restaurants. As a couple this resort suited us perfectly as it was quiet but I can see that it would also be ideally suited to young families. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and I would like to particularly mention Vu & Nam in the Aura Bar

Terrible service by management, charging high additional fees
Terrible service by hotel management. We are 2 families staying in the largest 3-bed villa. The villa is advertised as fitting 12 people and find that the management want to charge high fees for the kids even though it was committed before the booking that it would be free of charge. We have been trying to clarify with management for 3 days about the charges, and being told ‘management is in meetings’, even though they are speaking to their staff on the phone right in front of us.

Very nice
I stayed 4 days in Mövenpick resort waverly in Phu quoc. There are many kind workers. Specially thanks to Kevin from Bellman department. I forget my items in hotel room and he helped me to got back. And also he helped us taxi service and some kind of tickets
