The hotel’s Aura restaurant offered great service and delicious meals with a diverse menu that surpassed our expectations. Special Thanks to staff Yen Nhi, Trang, Bao Thi, and Vy. Apart from that the hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guests’ satisfaction especially the front desk Tracy at the residences’ block.
Great relaxing atmosphere and well set up resort. Staff can't do enough for you. All facilities were clean and tidy. Great set up around the pool area! Great entertainment Chocolate hour was a highlight for us! Hana and staff at the Aura bar were great! Good cocktails and food!
Here for holiday with friends and family . And Accor platinum member entitle happy hour free flow at Auro beach club for drink and some snacks . And staff here very attentive and friendly . Special thanks to Tai passed some mosquito repellent to us and arranged buggy for us . Vy and Trang are super helpful and attentive too . And hotel breakfast is good with wide selection. Room are comfy . Location is good too. overall 10/10

Really good view nice sunset amazing time with family strong recommend if you want to come with kids the food is also nice and it’s near a lot of famous places like night market it also has free airport transportation and good hospitality service
