I like movenpick resort and reception ms Ciana, she is so kind and help me check in early because we have children. 호텔이 크고 넓고 시원하고 좋습이다 직원분들이 다들 친절하고 좋았습니다^^ She help me sign in new accor member to discout for restaurant and we don't know English but she try explain slowly for us.i really like she.

Heaven is just around the corner!
What a stunning resort to be in for a holiday. The day you walk into reception and the day you leave is an unforgettable memory in your life. You became a family member instantly. Never have I experienced such an enjoyable stay. I rank this resort as my favourite and well over number one. The staff are great and lead by a great man by the name of Jake. Jake, as we say, was the person who always delivered. Nothing hard or simply. Jake will go out of his way to provide customer satisfaction. Not only that Jake is a very respectful, resourceful, genuine, kind, honest, helpful, understanding individual and a great team leader. My stay here was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned constantly. I must say that room service here was outstanding. As for food, it was great and tasty. I saw people go for seconds, thirds, fourth etc etc. This alone clearly outlines how great the food is here. As for entertainment, well let’s say it’s above anyone’s expectations. Pool activities, outdoor games, cargo net outdoor activities, field trips, and great live music entertainment. The resort has great gardens which are well maintained. Would like to personally thank Jake and his staff for my magnificent stay here and shall see you soon for another holiday at your resort. Perfect Service!
Great Mr. Thanh, Thank you for guiding and supporting my family a lot during this vacation. A person who is always smiling and welcoming to all visitors. This was also my first impression when I entered the lobby, he greeted me from afar. Enthusiastically recommend all necessary service information for children to use for free here, so my child had an extremely happy vacation here. This is the satisfaction all visitors will get if they meet him. Good luck with your job. see you next time!
