The Palm Cuisine is designed to resemble a contemporary Thai spice market that exudes Thai hospitality and charm, and offers a menu of fine Thai cuisine, with spices that can be tailored to individual tastes and well-informed staff who will happily make recommendations. Pair dishes that showcase Thailand's famous flavours which can be balanced with an extensive selection of beverages and wines from around the world. International dishes are also available upon request which are prepared by using the highest quality ingredients by our culinary team.
