Although Thai cuisine is well-known internationally, Chiang Mai retains its own local specialities, many of which can be sampled in Fueng Fah. Our all-day dining venue hosts a popular breakfast buffet and in the evening, the lights dim to showcase the preparation of both local and international favourites.

Fueng Fah is located on the hotel’s first floor and serves Thai and international à la carte cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is designed with wooden elements to emulate the style of a local shop in a Lanna market.

Crab cakes

Freshly-caught local stone crabs are a menu staple in the Santa Barbara region and in cake format, are a popular finger food, accompanied by a spicy Asian remoulade and crispy salad. It’s a tasty protein-rich snack, California style.

The cows of Santa Rita Hills are famed for producing outstanding organic beef. Our version of the classic carpaccio combines the multicultural influences of Californian cuisine with Mediterranean charm, featuring cow, goat and sheep cheese, tomatoes and olive tapenade.

The Sunshine State’s Farmers Markets are legendary for their wonderful varieties of freshly-harvested vegetables. We combine a colourful bouquet of baby veg in refreshing lemon vinaigrette to complement glazed salmon, cooked to perfection at 80 degrees in olive oil.
