Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

Best place to stay in Boracay if you want to relax! Shout out to Justin, Sarah and Julivee! They were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed in our stay. Juli even hooked us up with delicacies on our request! Thank you Guys!

Our stay at Mövenpick Boracay was truly exceptional. A huge shoutout to Ish at reception for going above and beyond to assist us during our time there. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely be returning. The daily breakfast and restaurant meals were incredibly delicious.

To begin, the staff were fantastic, particularly Sam and Justin at the front desk. Extremely helpful and welcoming. The grounds are nice and the pool is great. The rooms could do with nicer furnishings. They are more appropriate for a 3-star holiday inn. My only significant complaint is the food and beverage. The best way to describe it is cheap. An example would be sugared orange drink rather than orange juice at breakfast. The fruit selection is spartan given the range of wonderful fruits available in the region. I could go on. The drinks served at the beach bar are nearly undrinkable. The ingredients for their daiquri are lime juice and sugar syrup with some rum. I quickly learned to settle for beer. We wandered over next door to the bar overlooking Movenpick at the Shangrila and found a fully equipped bar and competent bar tenders. So, it is possible. In summary, depending on your expectations, Movenpick may be fine for you. We just didn’t feel it lived up to the brand we have experienced in other countries.

Absolutely amazing service & venue. I highly recommend Mövenpick but also even higher recommend private sea transfer from Caticlan airport - this is a must & worth every cent. The memories that we have created here with my family are priceless all because of the staff here during our stay & most grateful from the front office big welcome from arrival and departure

The place is relaxing with its perfect blend of man made recreation and nature’s creation. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and affordable.
