Second time here, second time loved it.

Second time in this hotel, love it. I think some of the comments are unfair. I mean if your main complaint is that you can not cope without alcohol for one night, jeez. Yes, it does market itself as a 'Muslim family' hotel but as a gay, western, non-Muslim male I have always been made to feel very welcome and have always felt very comfortable and noticed the clientele is a very mixed demographic, as is with any airport hotel. Pros: - Easy shuttle access to the airport (journey takes around 10/15min) arranged very easily direct with the concierge via Whatsapp. - The hotel is beautiful and quiet and serene. - My room was refurbished, definitely a newer vibe than when I stayed a couple years ago. - Food is restaurant is excellent, I had the 'malaysian satay' and 'seared tuna salad' both great. - A very nice swimming pool area. - Friendly and welcoming staff. Cons: - The wifi is slow. I had no issues logging on and staying logged on but you definitely won't be able to stream Netflix etc. - The shuttle bus whilst a great service generally only runs once every two hours - The gym could be better equipped. - Navigating the hotel can take a while due to the design of the building. For example not all lifts/elevators serve all floors and the room numbering can be a little confusing but simply ask one of the friendly staff for directions and you will be fine.

Terrible Food and NO ALCOHOL

We were sent here by Malaysian airlines as our flight was delayed. The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service. We ordered two pizzas and one them arrived. The other didn’t turn up at all. The one that did arrive was barely edible. We tried as after our first flight we hungry but we only managed one slice each. It was so incredibly greasy that it was inedible. The service is very slow. They don’t come back to top up your water. No one asked how the food was. I had to get up and go over to get the bill and before that to ask about the other pizza. Also be aware the hotel is dry! No alcohol. After a long delay we were hoping for a cold drink but they don’t serve any alcohol. I was quite astounded! We wish we had read the reviews! Plus to top it off we thought we would watch a movie in the room. But the WiFi is also terrible 😢 this is a really bad 3 star hotel at best. I would avoid at all costs in the future. Get up this morning to check out and the lady at the desk is on her phone.

An Excellent Hotel!

I recently stayed at this beautifully designed hotel conveniently located near KLIA1 and KLIA2. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The shuttle bus service made getting to and from the airport a breeze, and it was easy to catch a Grab as well. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal

Conveniently located next to airport and if you have time to spare Mitsui Outlet Park. Staff very welcoming and friendly, asked for some print to be done late in the evening and this wasn’t a problem. Our room was nicely appointed, however soap next to the sink in the bathroom would have nice. And the chocolate happy hour, is well worth a visit.

Hard to find room

Very inefficient numbering system, with some going forward and the others going backwards. Took me a long time to find my room each time. The rooms themselves were nicely appointed, with bathrobe and slippers. The lighting in the room was beautiful as well. But they should have soap at the sink instead of making you go to the shower to get soap that’s bolted to the wall. When there are no conferences, the hotel can feel like a ghost town - almost too quiet and deserted for such a big hotel. Breakfast is served from 6:30-11am every morning. Lots of choices - from local foods to western, including assemble-your-own noodle and porridge sections, cook to order omelet station, and some nice local desserts. Too bad there’s no Teh or Teh Tarik. Just give the waiter your room number and you can sit anywhere.
