Very nice enjoyable trip. I would especially like to thank Baligh the Manager in the breakfast area and his staff Brahim who really looked after us every morning. They were very polite and gave us a very good hospitality and service whilst we stayed at the hotel. Thank you will definitely visit Tunisia again.
This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Sousse. The communal areas are quite spectacular as is the beach. The rooms are also well equipped and, I think, most if not all, have a sea view. We were in a party and there was some confusion as to which restaurant we should use. The dinner restaurant itself was nice, pleasantly lit, nice musical entertainment. There was generally a good choice of food, I'm a vegetarian and although I tended to go for bread and a selection of cheeses there were other options available. The wine was excellent. I should mention one of the waiters, Adel, who served us drinks on the terrace which overlooks the sea and is a lovely place for watching the sunset and the moon rise. Adel was always jolly, always trying to help us enjoy our evening more and very attentive and engaging - well done Adel. The breakfast restaurant was in the basement, it was very large but OK. Sadly, they ran out of fresh orange juice on one day. The breakfast choice was ok. The layout of the hotel is, frankly, a bit weird. Reception is on floor 3 - it took me a long time to work out how to get there from my room on floor 2, trust me! And there is no lift, you have to go up and down some stairs and down a corridor before finding a lift. It was almost impossible to get an evening appointment in the spa, which was a shame as I should like to have tried the Hammam. I wasn't too impressed with the reception staff who were a little 'abrupt' in my view. I had an issue with a wine bill where I had to pay twice, I wasn't best pleased about that but it did, eventually sort itself out and I was only charged once. Unfortunately, one of our party found that the concierge hadn't put their luggage on the coach - it was too late by the time we got to the airport. Always put your luggage in yourself, or watch it being done! All in all it is a wonderful place for a luxury break and well situated for Sousse which has a lot to offer.
Best Hotel ever. In summer the beach is soo nice. Nice spa. Nice people. Special greetings to adel and massoud from tapeo bar. Everything clean and tidy. The buffet is very tasty and a lot a choice. Also the breakfast is nice.
