Had the most amazing time at the spa. Friendly and welcoming staff that meet all your needs. Feel relaxed and rejuvenated and will definitely come again. Special thanks to Halima who took care of me. She was so lovely and nice which made the whole experience even better. I had the Hammam with a scrub and algae application which was amazing and so I got a full body massage booked in for tomorrow.
Just returned from my stay at Movenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse with my friends. This is my second time here, and what a wonderful experience I’ve had once again. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with high-end amenities, and a private sandy beach. The staff in general were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, alway enthusiastic to help their guests. The Food and Beverage management team are excellent with Mr Abdelkarim, Mr Abdelhafidh and Mr Baligh; they all make a great team as they all work together and have great chemistry, always ensuring our satisfaction, alongside with their fabulous waiting staff, notably Brahim who was always kind and smiling. The Concierge with Adel and Sami are a great experienced team with 20 years of working at this hotel, their knowledge and professionalism always shone through. Always so full of energy and are really enthusiastic to help their guests. Omar Bannour, the supervisor from the spa is also so great at his job. He’s always so polite and caring for his guests. I booked 3 treatments which was excellent and always at the highest standard, and if I had more days I undoubtedly would have booked more. Rym the masseuse is fantastic at her job. She has excellent strength for a deep massage. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is lovely, especially with the slightly colder weather, it was lovely and warm. There is a Sauna steam and a rainforest shower which I am already missing. The gym is small but efficient with its facilities, consisting of everything I could have needed. Ahmed Hamza is the Learning and Development manager at the hotel. He is new to the hotel but very keen to learn, and is a good listener with great proffesionalism if you have any problems. Chaima is the supervisor at the housekeeping. She a key asset to Movenpick hotel, speaking fluent German, French, Spanish and Arabic. She is so talented and really energetic, always full of love for her guests. If I had any small issues I would speak to her and she would resolve it for me immediately, rather than me having to go to the front desk. Even when it’s not her department she resolves it immediately. It’s a shame Chaima is hidden inside the hotel. She would be perfect at the front reception or a front of house role, where her charisma and hospitality would be able to shine through. She would certainly liven the reception area, and bring so much love to her guests. Her manager Lamya is also a really good team leader; they are both so passionate and enthusiastic to please their guests. I would give housekeeping a 10/10. The Aga cafe (Shisha Lounge) was great and had a wonderful atmosphere. Mr Imed is very good at his job, and was so pleasant to everyone he spoke to. It was lovely to chat with him every evening. He livened the place up with his charisma, always full of passion for his guests. Additionally, Mohamed and Mohammed Zitouni at the cafe where always smiling and happy to help. Wajdi From room service spoke very good English and was always so kind. He was always smiling and couldn’t do enough for his guests. Him and his colleague Yahya were always enthusiastic and happy to help. Lastly I wanted to mention the two general managers I had the pleasure of speaking with on my final day. Mr Zaid, who was so lovely to speak with, conveying a passion and kindness to all of his guests. Then there was Mr Hassan- what can I say apart from that he was an absolute gem. He was so down to earth, with an incredible sense of humility, but a strong professionalism. He was kind, respectful, and easy to talk to; always full of energy, passion, and of course, always smiling. It was sad I only met them on my last day. I am so happy with the hotel and my experience that I have booked another holiday at Movenpick with my family again in 6 weeks. I am looking forward to meeting all my friends again. MR ADEL extremely polite very helpful and friendly. Excellent rooms and all fixtures. Very smooth check in and extremely efficient. clean swimming pool. Very nice view.We really want to go back and enjoy the five star service again from this hotel! Food was really nice and lots of choices as well.I recommend this this hotel to all friends and business travelers.
I would loke to thank the 2 most beautiful people who have gone over and above to care for me each day whislt I'm staying here whilst recieving private health care treatment in Tunisia. They clean my room to an exceptional standard and always leave many vanity supplies, fresh slippers, warm my room and give me flowers whislt I recover. Very nice enjoyable trip. I would especially like to thank Baligh the Manager in the breakfast area and his staff Brahim who really looked after us every morning. They were very polite and gave us a very good hospitality and service whilst we stayed at the hotel. Thank you will definitely visit Tunisia again.
