the hotel is nice and clean，serving good breakfast as well. even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation，but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception，they helped correct the date without extra charge，really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel，excellent experience

A wonderful and successful event at the Mövenpick !
We organized a successful meeting for our Cercle des Lauréats de Belgique, with nearly 120 people on the rooftop (16th floor). It was a success thanks to the professionalism and involvement of the Mövenpick management and staff.

Great time!
We overall enjoyed our stay. Hassan, Ayoub and Armel on the 16th floor lounge were amazing! Great service and even took the time to give us tips for other places we planned to go. Hassan even went down to the lobby to check times for the big mosque in Casablanca on our behalf. Jedd the valet was awesome too and gave us directions and always found us the best taxis. Redouane also helped us move rooms when our initial room had a plumbing issue. The only negative was the rooms could be cleaned better and the daytime service at 16th floor lounge wasn’t great.

Perfect price to quality option with efficient management
My arrival to Mövenpick Casablanca started with force-major: their electricity generator broke down. However, the hotel management showed a good reaction and managed to reallocated me to another good 5 star hotel. Also, when i came back next morning i got a room upgrade. In general, the hotel management did all its best to make my staying plaisant and was quite instrumental and efficient.

With huge thanks to Tarik and Redouane for all their help sorting our airport transport. They kindly and ably liaised between us and the transfer company to help with translation and make sure we arrived to our flight on time. We couldn’t have managed without them!
