Didn’t worth the money First, i understand the difference between All Inclusive concept in a hotels, I understand the tips concept, i was third time in Egypt and i used 4 stars hotel twise, first time to a 5 stars hotel in Egypt.  Checkin, checkout OK, in around 5 minutes maybe 10 we got the camera, present voicher and passaports. We got the pliant with all information, key and towels cards. Checkout was quicly, I paid late checkout arround 30 dollars (until 15.00 oclock) instead other guy from reception told us the 30 dollar will be maximum for lunch and diner. The guy from lugagges almost screaming on me to put in some place my luggages. The Hotel The territory is compact, not wide like other peoples said, hotel and a part of it around the pools, the usable pools, spa and a la carte and the beach. The beach is around 120 m long, in the right corner is a beach restaurant and in the left corner is the beach bar. Also in the right corner of the beach is kite surfing centre and in the right scubadiving center and a little local bar and ATV. Across the road, in front of the hotel is the aquapark. WiFi its good around the lobby and hotel The room We pay Deluxe room (mountain view), don’t waste your money, deluxe room (what we recived) it’s a joke, old and stained furniture, and although in the voucher was a clearily request for extrabed, they didn’t gave us. In the room was just 2 towels for 3 peoples, no soap no shampoo. I request it on the reception twise and in the evening they gave us peaces from a destroyed futon and no soap, shampoo or third towel. In that bad its impossible to sleep. In the room is safe box free of charge. After I gave 1 dolar to housekeeper they gave a third towel, some soap and shampoo and change the futon. The cleaning its poor, if you want change the towels you must press clean button. In 7 nights they didn’t change the sheets. The housekeeper forgot to leave water in the room and although in the pliant its writed 1,5l of water for 1 room, they gave us 2 bootle of water x 0,6 l/bottle. If your family is 4 peoples sorry for you. All services for the room was gave us only with many requests and some tips. The food and main restaurant The food its basic, breakfast and lunch was the same all days, the different was on diner when they gave us some grill, duck, turkey and shrimps (in different days), the rest its always the same. You can get somethings to eat no problem if you are not pretentious. The good thing, they had fish every day in the different form, that’s was very good for me. I don’t eat cakes but I saw some diferents types not too many and the most of them was dry. The fruits was very basic and restricted. The tables was stiky, and if you late the opening hours you will not find plates and some types of food. The waiters in the main restaurants was nice and polite. If you want other drinks than water, orange juice and guava from the dispencer (that’s is all soft drinks on the meals) can order from waiters.Also they have a cafee machine and hot water on every meals. The main restaurants was crowd in the weekend when recived local turists, otherwise was ok. The beach and beach bar You will be served with juice in the coffee paper glass, if you want a gib one you must stay on the table in the bar. Very funny, I understand reason for plastic glass, safety first but to drink soft drinks with coffee glass of paper I didn’t understand and not happened until there. If you gave some tips you will recived a big plastic glass, like housekeeping conditional service at all inclusive 5 stars hotel. On the beach is 1 towel centre, 2 dispenser of water, in this hotel you not recived water on the bottle, just in 2 in the room. The coctails, even was the same name with the lobby bar its not the same, the same coctails will be different every time. The cleaning of the beach is poor and basic, a lot of cigarette butts and some trash is full in the morning. Nobody clean the paper glass or plastic glass, I saw just one guy in 7 days. In one morning after 9.00 o clock, when everybody wants to sunbath, one cleaning guy want to move me to wash the umbrellas and sunchairs, nice to cleaning in the morning when the tourists want to lie down. Half from the sunchairs was wet and form the umbrellas drop a lot of water.  The beach and the water was very nice like always in this region. You can find sunchairs in this period but not in front line where was occupaid with towels, offcourse. It is the liitle reef, and pontoon. All was closed at 17.00. The pools and the beach pool 1 Dispenser with water, and soft drinks from the machine. Some juice was from box (local). Good coctails. The bartenders was ok. The water was cold even at 35 degrees, you could find sunchairs any hours. Good ice cream from 15.00 to 17.00 free of charge. 1 towels  center on the pools. All was closed at 17.00. Lobby bar 1 dispencer of water, but if you want to charge you bottle its forbidden, sorry, you can drink with paper coffee glass. Coctailes ok. Inside is only for adults ,but if you have kids you could order outside, waiters is ok. Nice coctails. Every day other rules. Someday its ok to drink in the lobby, other days was not ok, I suppose depend of the tips.  After 23.00 will be open only with money. Beach restaurant Very nice view, fasts food and a light lunch between 13 to 16. Waiters and personal was nice, like in the main restaurants. You could order some drinks here also. I dIdnt use a la carte restaurants. Aquapark Its part of all inclusive concept Nice peoples, waiters and life guards. I didn’t eat here but the coctails was ok. Very nice slide for all ages. 1 towels center here also. No snaks or light food between breakfast, lunch and dinner. In pliant said that’s was something in Soma bar (lobby bar) until 11.30, but when I look inside, that’s was nothing. I suppose we must be requested to be served. The shops in the hotels (I suppose nothing to do with the hotel) Prohibited price, for examples: I bought camel toy from Hurghada with 50 egyptian pounds and in the hotel shop was 250. A medicaments where it is around 30 egiptian pounds was in the hotel pharmacy 1000. I advice to go in the town, Safaga, Hurghada and buy what do you want, not from there. So in conclusion, its only my personal opinions, in generally was ok, but at this prices and this brand it waste of money, I could find a better hotel in this amount of money. If you want tips conditional services and to request many time for everything that you allready pay, this is your hotel, otherwise find another.

The hotel is super nice, staff are extremely rude and impolite. We were a group of 8 families who experienced several rude incidents from the staff (more than 10 incidents over 3 days). Food is merely average. Aqua park is nice but only works for 4 hours per day!! Overall wouldn't repeat the visit.

Everything was perfect!! I strongly recommend to ho here!!Beach is nice staff is perfect! Room is and clean. You can visit different restaurants. Servis of Omar is perfect he is nice guy. Clean pools and very clean sea. For children aqupark is big with lot of fun.
