Excellent stay
Longer stay (6 nights) with daughter on our first visit to Aswan [Daughter with a smattering of French, reviewer only knew enough to apologise for lack of French and politely ask if they spoke English!] thanks Taysser for helping us with translation The location was incredibly convenient, near major attractions and to a RER station so easy access to tombs of Nobel Staff were very accommodating at our late check-in, especially front desk/ Accor Welcome desk staff Thanks 🙏 and hope will be back soon

Excellent service
is was amazing and would offset any negatives. They serve , noodles with veg and order with a good variety of sauces. Asian foods, croissan…they had three machines around the room. You could eat all three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner with the foods offered. One of the best from around the world, though it rivaled a hotel breakfast in Iceland.highly recommended and thanks Emad and Wael at the bar and all guest relations team Israe , Demiana& shahd

stayed about three years ago on a trip with friends to the Italian capital, this hotel is located in the Nike t; the best side is that you can take public transport from that location to easily visit the main monuments and attractions, the staff were courteous. but I remember little because I was there years ago, however it was a nice and clean enough hotel

Excellent recommendations
Good arrival Location is great Check in process was ok Room was one of the largest on the floor (per the emergency plan), but not upgraded. Most other rooms on the floor were upgraded. Old , rough carpet. Wish it will be renovated Wifi did not work but tisir assist to help and it works Highly recommend

Very functional and buffet break fast was minimal.The rooms are good and the amenities include a coffee make and fruit basket But there is nothing near this hotel and far off from city centre only 5 minutes cross by boat Highly recommend spa service which was cleaned and special thanks To Tisir and her team for the warm hospitality and invited us for the doom drink on the farewells it was very touching to our group and we will be back soon
