Okay for 1 night
My room was located inside the tower side of the resort. I didn’t book this but a tour company did on my behalf. I wasn’t happy with my room. Room was outdated. Shower must’ve been broken in some fashion because water was all over the floor. Carpet caused the room to have a stench. The stay was unpleasant. I would’ve preferred to be on the newer looking side instead.

One of our favourite places.
This resort is one of the nicest we have stayed at and we have travelled a lot. The situation of the new wing at the north end of Elephantine Island is superb. One can watch feluccas, motor boats and the manoeuvres of larger cruise boats from the terrace. Our suite was very comfortable, housekeeping courtesy of Ahmed and his colleagues was excellent, We found service in the restaurants very good, food delicious, thank you to Mohamed for bring ing me tea in a teapot in the: morning at breakfast. We feel that we have made friends here, everyone is so helpful, the whole Guest Relations team, the people who were at the bag desk, Ahmed and Youssuf, ever ready with advice about the ATM machine. The two Khaleds at the terrace bar are great, not forgetting colleague Batta who made such good honey and lemon tea when my husband had a cold. How one hotel can have such a friendly and helpful management team, we are not sure, a wonderful group of staff. Thank you for everything.

Vive Assouan
Very nice place with friendly and professionnel service. Beautiful swimming pool , big rooms, ask for rooms on thé quiet side. Very well located. Misses a place with plants and stade to have a drink . Fois is very good

Nice trip at movenpick
Although it was a short trip, it was a great experience of welcome, accommodation and enjoying all the facilities and amenities. Movenpick is one of the finest and most beautiful hotels that I have visited, and the quality of service in it is very high. It is not possible for a person to get bored of staying in this hotel with a stunning view of the Nile. The calmness and beauty of nature with the modernity and sophistication of the hotel led to a character with a very unique pattern. By doing it, and I hope that I will be able to repeat this visit again soon, and tell my friends about the pleasure of accommodation in this beautiful place.
