Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Great value for money. Very modern with pool, gym and an extraordinary breakfast dining area. Not forgetting the huge bedrooms with comfortable bed and walk-in shower. Location close to the Marina and all main business hubs.

Very friendly and polite staff with great service! They have a good breakfast buffet though I think some Indian dishes like idli /dosa would be a great addition to it. Though when we craved for some Indian mumbai sandwiches, the staff was kind enough to accommodate our request. Overall a great place to dine with the politest staff. Thanks a lot for your hospitality

This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Plaza and it was just as good as the first. This time we came with our two teenage boys and as a Diamond member of ALL we received a great welcome from the reception and we were upgraded to two beautiful rooms with a coast view on the 14th floor. The hotel is really beautiful and we enjoyed using the great facilities including the lovely pool and well equipped gym. The rooms and the hotel are spotless. The hotel is in Media City and there didn't seem to be much in walking distance. However, taxis are very reasonably priced in Dubai, so we used it as a base to enjoy activities such as Top Golf and the Aura Skypool. The front of house staff are very helpful and they sort out everything such as taxis for you. We enjoyed a couple of drinks at the rooftop bar Twenty Three - they make lovely cocktails! We also ate in Slice restaurant and the food and service was great. The highlight for us was cocktail hour in the executive lounge. A fabulous range of canapes and sweet treats, as well a a self pour bar for two hours! As it was really hot, we spent a lot of time in the pool. It was was great to have drinks service at our sunbeds and we were happy to enjoy the happy hour. The pool and bar staff were all great. The breakfast at Bytes is expansive and tasty. Eggs and pancakes cooked to perfection! A wonderful stay in a great hotel. We will be back!

Great food and service by Abid . The atmosphere is relaxed and food was very well presented. Staff couldn’t do enough to help . Abid was particularly helpful regarding what was on offer in the hotel and in Bytes restaurant. He also helped me with tge Accor app abd how to get points. Lovely first day lunch .

Very friendly and welcoming staff. love the atmosphere, the rooms were large. I stayed for training and I love everything about my stay. Food was very delicious and tasty. When order food in room service is taking very less time to bring.
