Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Mr Imran and Mr Purushu in particular were both fantastic. The rooms are well presented and spacious. Hotel is also well located closeby the marina, JLT, and the train station. Would highly recommend.

It was amazing, I’d recommend the hotel anytime!! The whole staff was very kind and welcoming to us:) The food was amazing and there was various food options which I liked the most. A big thank you to the two chefs Ajay and Pusushu! Had the best experience during my stay and would definitely come again.

The stay at the Movenpick hotel was as comfortable as possible. all issues were resolved immediately. Special thanks to Chef Agay and Chef Prushu from the Crema. for our incredibly delicious breakfasts (especially omelettes) and personal attention to all of us🤍 On our daughter’s birthday we were surprised and congratulated by the whole team! Many thanks to Chef Prakash and his UBK team! Every day he cooked specials for us and pasta in cream sauce macaroni for our little daughter. She liked it so much! Having learned that my husband and I don’t eat spicy food, the UBK Chef helped us every day with the choice of lunch and dinner! On our daughter’s birthday we were congratulated with gifts and a delicious cake We will definitely come back to Movenpick again! We wish success and prosperity to your business!

The cook, Mr. Purushu Sithal Samjana, made every breakfast an enjoyable experience and a very tasty one! We went with a baby that himself and the team would animate and make cute pancakes for. ABSOLUTELY GREAT TEAM AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE! Thank you to all the staff at breakfast that went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible, bringing extra chair for our baby, helping us bring food over and even making special food to animate our baby without being told to do so! Very thoughtful and kind, one of the best teams and individuals i have ever encountered on our family, but also business, trips! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR STAY AT YOUR HOTEL A PLEASURE and making sure our day starts off with a great and tasty breakfast experience 🙂

I booked this hotel for my family and I have never been left this disappointed in a hotel after they have taken no consideration for our families personal circumstances. Some of the hotel staff are obnoxious, sarcastic and show no flexibility. I have been travelling to Dubai for 20 years and now live here and never have I had such an experience. I would recommend showing some grace and willingness to help a guest in need.
