I stayed for 2 nights at Movenpick Apartments. The service is great, Ayman and Grace at the front desk were very helpful, Morris and Nicholsan at the concierge were awesome. So were Rabin at concierge and Madhu on the phone at customer service, exceptional. The service is great. And location is good too, one can go to the China town area of dubai mall via address fountain views hotel. The kitchen and washing machine are good to have. The only issue is that there are no blackout curtains in the lounge. So with an extra bed the light comes in early in the morning. And also that they don't have sofa bed. And kitchen should have washing materials.
Great view big rooms and clean friendly stuff i go went there 3 month in a raw and all 3 stays was good i loved it dubai mall is just across the street i loved the hotel and definitely will come back wifi is really good if u r working and the food was good
As a long stay, I really like this place. Very comfortable in location and great place to stay. Also, I would like to give gratitude to the people who always make me feel welcome. From the conciarge shout out to Abdalia, Najib, Imanuel, and Nicholas (all of then are very friendly and always says hi); from the Vallet shoutout to Moshier; from the pool shoutout to Vanun; from the housekeeping shoutout to Tiron, Herra, and Hashini; from the cafe shoutout to the new guy Mostafa; also shoutout to the guy from gym the friendly and energetic black guy and from the front office is the indian guy with glasses (no racism here, im purely forgetting the names); from the bfas shoutout to Yam, May, Khin, Prajwal, Lacheen and anyone who always gives me special order for sautee mushroom 🫶 Anyone thank you for everyone who makes Movenpick feels like home.
I experienced disappointment due to high expectations. The reception greeting was notably cold, lacking warmth and informative guidance. The only inquiry made was about breakfast, and it wasn't until departure day that we discovered a stand showcasing attractions. This falls short of the expected 5-star hotel standard, contrary to my positive experiences with Mövenpick in other locations. Regarding the room, the bathroom requires urgent renovation. Its outdated design proved impractical, particularly with no adequate shower partition, leading to a flooded floor during use.
They don't have parking for guests and they take money. Any hotel should have parking for guests. If there was a separate theme for the restaurant, it could be developed. and for hotel guests I think it should be free per hour, they charge 10aed
