Good location (walking distance to Dubai Mall, as well as other shops and restaurants). Friendly service (especially towards our toddler, who was given a stuffed animal--in package--upon arrival). Spacious, clean, and comfortable room (upgraded upon arrival as well, which was nice, and had a view of the Burj Khalifa), with everything we needed. Comfortable bed as well. Would recommend and would stay again.

The best part is the staff and the service. Zafar at the front desk, Anil Pahadi the chef and the various staff members at the breakfast (May, Mitch, Sandra, David, Khin, Isuru, Yam). I was here for a long stay and had family visiting for a week in between. Their service and attention to details made us feel at home! Also, location is unbeatable and fairly new decor. Definitely will come again.

Really great experience staying here, the two bedroom apartment is very spacious and the location is very convenient, just needing to cross the street to access the Dubai Mall via the Chinatown section. The amenities are very good, with washing machine and decent amount of kitchen supplies and some measures to encourage sustainability like reusable glass bottles for water. All the staff are very friendly in our experience, with a welcoming attitude especially to our kids. Breakfast service is very attentive, shout out to Ahmed, Khan, and Sabrina for being helpful during our 6-night stay. The only slight downside is that the shower partition does not provide adequate coverage to prevent water from splashing out, but it did not deter from our experience overall.

I am a Platinum member with Accor’s ALL membership program and very rarely write about hotels I stay in except the very few good (or bad!) ones! This hotel firmly sits in the very very good hotel category, the one bedroom apartment I stayed in was well appointed, very very clean and comfortable, the AC went full blast as I like it and the WiFi was the fastest I have experienced in a hotel, and the signal never dropped. The daily breakfast was great, with really super staff and working in the Grazer cafe on the ground floor is a pleasure, they have really thought the design through so there are power plugs for each table for ease of working. Congratulations to the GM Eric Seso for building a fabulously happy team and delivering a great product!

I stayed for 2 nights at Movenpick Apartments. The service is great, Ayman and Grace at the front desk were very helpful, Morris and Nicholsan at the concierge were awesome. So were Rabin at concierge and Madhu on the phone at customer service, exceptional. The service is great. And location is good too, one can go to the China town area of dubai mall via address fountain views hotel. The kitchen and washing machine are good to have. The only issue is that there are no blackout curtains in the lounge. So with an extra bed the light comes in early in the morning. And also that they don't have sofa bed. And kitchen should have washing materials.
