Stressless stay
I stayed in an one bedroom apartment while I was looking for a place to rent. The Rooms were light and airy, easily convertible into a passable "working from home office". Cleaning was twice a week (and I must mention Shalomi and Nishantha here who were excellent and efficient every time). I found the staff polite and attentive. It is situated well with Dubai Mall less than a 10 minute walk.

Very nice place to visit and enjoy the service mr Roshan and Asif helped me in food and they were very nice person to meet very energetic and courteous people I would recommend to visit once and enjoy the service and food the breakfast was awesome and organise the hotel is nearby burj Khalifa and Dubai mall that makes it must to stay if you are coming to Dubai as it is in the centre of the city and movenpick downtown is the best choice to stay and enjoy

Imagine Apartment rentals
We have had the worst experience in 35 years. This rental company were unhelpful from start to finish. The apartment was wrongly advertised as a luxury apartment. The pool was disgusting when we arrived. They came out and treated the pool but it was covered in a scum and flies so unusable. They offered Sat TV but it was pirate TV. The beds were very uncomfortable. The flat was clean but all the furniture was old and outdated. They did not inform us the resort did not open until the 5th May so mist if the bus and restaurants were closed. We asked to change our apartment but were told this was not possible as the owners had already been paid. We complained to VRBO before but as yet have not had any response to our complaint. Please do not use this agent

Stay in Movenpick downtown
very good especially with the service at this hotel. if one day i go to dubai again surely i will stay at Mövenpick donwtown. Near to the dubai mall only 6 minutes by walk. So nice here. Thank you <33

Great hotel
Hotel place is in a perfect location in the center of Dubai (downtown), the staff was great especially Emad at the reception, the rest the hotel facilities were good, highly recommend to say here and i will definitely stay here again
