The staff of the Movenpick Hotel at the Nuremberg Airport were welcoming and wonderful! They responded to all our questions and needs with great attentiveness. WE had a great start to our holiday weekend.
We just loved this hotel. Next to airport. 8 mins underground to city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bed, pillow and linen. We liked the drink from minibar. Air-con was a bonus for the summer. Really nice hotel and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Just step out of you flight and into this hotel is wonderful. I had two nights in a very comfortable bed with a breakfast that had it all. Everything is what you can hope for when you're on a business trip.
Very clean hotel conveniently located across from the terminal. Also within walking distance of the Tucher Biergarten which is a great place to eat before your trip. If you want to head into Nuremberg city center Just jump on the Ubahn which is steps away from the hotel.
If you want a hotel near the airport this is the place as it is literally across the street from the airport. Covid tests are done at the airport for a fee or free at a location a couple blocks away. It's not a 5 star property but adequate and the staff was pleasant. They have a nice bar/ restaurant near the front entrance but there is no store within the property to buy sundries or magazines etc. Caution-The Nuremberg Airport is the worst I have ever seen!! Very little English is spoken, the signs are all in German. The staff is rude and will not help you if this is a problem. Very few flight options if you get bumped. Phone charger is only at one cafe and there are only a couple of cafes and one little market. Warning-If you are traveling in Europe and plan to use your credit card make sure you get a pin number set up with your bank. America doesn't use pin numbers with credit cards but Europe does.
