Highly recommend this hotel who arranged private airport pick up upon arrival. I could have just stayed within the confines of this stunningly beautiful hotel. Highly recommend Pumo Italian restaurant upstairs and Turkish tea room for tea. All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Receptionist Kadijah always smiling and super helpful with every request. I had a great yoga session with PT Nour who was excellent. I can’t wait to return here inshallah.

Very friendly and very attentive service for breakfast by our waiter Rachid who makes sure you do not miss anything. Also very friendly and attentive service by Hamed from the indoor pool who makes sure things work well around the pool. Calm and relaxing vacation for 1 week for me and my elderly mother.

Nice visit, without season not that many people inside. Staff during breakfast tries to make your stay even more comfortable. Really good service by Rachid. On the other hand swimming pool was in the maintenance without an information in advance. With my previous stays room service was also much better. I like a lot an Italian restaurant at Mövenpick. I had a great experience for a couple of day's with my family , i've got a warm welcome from front office staff (Jihed, Khadija, Med Aziz...) they are helpful even the housekeeping they did good (fast and clean). Special thanks to Omar for the treatment at the check-in it was a spectacular experience. Ms.Moufida (Front office manager) she treated her team very well 👏 Food's was good 👍 The indoor pool is the best 👌
