A wonderful holiday stay at Mövenpick A special 5-star mention to Ehab Elbana (Pool Towel Team) who was able to meet our expectations with professionalism. His perfect English speaking allowed us to easily chat with him (about life in Egypt, customs, good deals in town, places to visit...) which was a very positive point for us to have a good time in SHARM. We are very satisfied and we will come back for sure !
We had a great vacation at this hotel, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. The evening concerts were also very interesting In particular, I would like to thank Ehab, who works on the pool , Thanks for your good service) I will recommend this hotel
Just spent 7 nights at this resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Had a very relaxing time. Food, drinks, ambience and weather was excellent. All the staff from reception, cleaning, restaurant and pool went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Ehab at the pool who looked after us - keeping our towels and loungers ready always smiling and very helpful. Look forward to coming again in the near future.

We’ve recently returned from 7 days at the Mövenpick Hotel, Sharm el Sheikh, which my wife and I had visited twice before when it was known by a different name. Our first impressions were much the same as before - which were fine and were the reason for our returning once again. The hotel is wonderfully positioned and provides a sweeping panoramic view of Naama Bay. Although large, it’s architecture cleverly disguises the fact. What is really big however, is the pool. At something like 100 metres across its longest and widest parts, it’s a joy for both serious and occasional swimmers alike. Much has been said in previous reviews about the quality of the staff and we can only endorse that. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone from gardeners to the manager (who went out of his way to find and speak to us) greet you with nothing but politeness. We’re normally not that keen on buffet style dining but make an exception here. The variety and presentation of food available is exceptional and was certainly more than enough to keep us happy during our seven days. If the purpose of any review is to help make decisions and offer advice, we feel it would wrong however not to mention the ongoing construction and renovation work that is being carried out and the various areas and amenities that are closed due to this. We found it tolerable but can imagine that some people might not hold a similar view. It’s a matter for travel companies to be more open about and make you aware of we feel. It’s important to stress that the hotel is doing everything it can to minimise disruption but it’s there nonetheless. When it’s all finished, we’d welcome the chance to go back but would make doubly sure it was first.
