The property location is mind blowing. Must stay if u plan to stay at Aswan. The boat ride to and fro to the hotel island is an added fun. Clean and tidy rooms. Great staff behaviour. Highly recommended. Good food. We had afternoon Turkish teaat the huge terrace served so very lovingly by the restaurant staff. Enjoyed every. Intent of the stay. The room too restaurant has great views. Must visit if u stay at the hotel.
I had the pleasure to stay at the beautiful Movenpick Aswan Hotel, I can’t say enough good things about my experience, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with warms and hospitality that made me feel right at home, the hotel itself is stunning, I would like to extend a special thanks to the front desk staff who were always friendly ( M.Zakarya) and Mariam ( my kids enjoyed with her the visit to the hotel’s farm) , also the garden supervisor ( Ismael) helped my kids gardening new plants. I would recommend the hotel to anyone willing to visit Aswan.
We stayed one night on the way to Abu simbel. We had paid and booked for a king size superior room facing the Nile. And we ended with a twin bed room facing the pool. When we raised a complaint we were told that they guarantee nothing and it’s all based on availability. When my agency called from dubai then they agreed to move rooms by which time it was past 10 pm and we were too tired. The most rude front desk and hotel manager. Terrible start to our trip. Avoidable property. Better to stay at oberoi which is what we did on the way back. And it was as cheaper than movenpick.
The best customer experience I have had in. Very long time! Right after check in, I arrived ti my room and a birthay cake was waiting for me and my mom! Mohamed Hassen and Abo Hassen walk us to out rooms and sang happy birthday to us ! It was a memorable experience. Upon check out I forgot my wallet and Shahd and Esraa from Guest relations notified me and helped me get it back ! Moamen found it and so I am very grateful for their hospitality and great customer service ! This is the place to stay If you are in Aswan
Rooms are quit nice in size and facilities. This time they gave us two nice rooms looking directly at the swimming pool and botanical garden. The entrance of the resort is quit wide and pleasant. There are Golf Cars for transportation inside the resort. Service is moderate special thanks to Tisir for inviting us for the chocolate hour. And tour at the resort by golf car
