Lovely, friendly staff
I was impressed by the kind, helpful staff here. Every person I met from reception to housekeeping was always friendly and polite. In particular Durga in housekeeping, she kept our room immaculate and was so sweet to us and our kids.

Good experience
Good location, direct access to beach, bars and restaurants. Hotel rooms need to be renovated. It seems, old fashioned and dark. Here is vacation place, it will good to have much fresh look in hotel. Good support from team, especially thanks to Rahul and Ying.

Well located & friendly and helpful staff
Well located on JBR, friendly staff from breakfast employees, to concierge (Bala and others) to houskeeping, particularly Naim. The family room we had was spacious and had two balconies. Pool is clean and again friendly staff who provided toys etc
