Excellently Service at Concierge
Hamza at Concierge was amazingly good and very professional. He was extremely polite and helpful. He definitely needs a big round of applause for his efforts which he did over and beyond to exceed expectations. His professionalism is unmatched and remarkable.

Fabulous stay at this hotel
Such a fantastic stay at this hotel! Rooms spacious and clean food amazing ! All staff very helpful and respectful. A special thanks to Marvin at the poolside bar nothing was too much trouble for him always smiling and works so hard. The food and staff at the Indian restaurant were also both amazing so good we went there twice. Also a big thanks to the staff at the hotel “pub” for their excellent service

Nice place with good service and location! Big thanks to Edwin, Rogine, Ei-Ton, Sydney and all concierge team for great job. Keep going! Facilities and food is up to the standards! Calm atmosphere in the lobby with nice lounge music. Special thanks to Hind and Halla. Till we meet again.

Supportive staff
Staff is very supportive and kind. Excellent hospitality Special thanks to Nang and Jamaica for their kind support. Delicious food and served with love. Location is good. Built very beautifully We stayed here for 2 nights and our flight got delayed by 18 hrs but we didn’t face any problem till we were inside the hotel

Fine stay at all
