Great location , the hotel definitely needs to be upgraded it doesn’t even deserve my star. The counter staff extremely unfriendly and not helpful. My first time at the hotel and definitely my last. Complained as the room they gave me was smelling extremely bad , they made me walk up and down and left my baggage unattended and could not locate it. Very very basic hotel and did not meet my expectations.
The only good about the hotel is close to the Haram Nabawi, took 6 hours for check in , the room 7047 has two leaks one above the shower anther one behind the toilet, the floor in the bathroom is filthy, room need an update, it is like a Motel not a hotel, the receptionist are wonderful people but the system is bad , many people are complaining when I went down to talk to the receptionist, I will give them one star because I my agency told me he paid $500 per night and it is not worth what we paid for الشئ الجيد في هذا الاوتيل هو قربه من الفندق عدا عن ذلك فهو فندق سئ ، غرفه قديمه وتحتاج الى تجديد الحمام يوجد به تنقيط من السقف وتحت التواليت ارض الحمام وسخه ، لاشئ في الغرفه يعمل حتى المكيف لانستطيع التحكم به ، انتقلنا الى الان الى ٣ غرف لوجود مشاكل في كل غرفه ، اعطي نجمه واحده لهذا الاوتيل لاننا دفعنا $٥٠٠ على الليله وهو لايستحق هذا المبلغ لا نقول الا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
Very good housekeeping and very clean rooms.friendly staff especially Zahidul. Whatever was needed was provided by the cleaning staff.overall stay was good reception attended to things very quickly and efficiently restaurant staff were good
Checked into room 3075. Have been disturbed 6 times telling me I should of checked out as their system is messed up and not updated. Do not disturb doesn't mean anything to these lot. 2 nights no sleep due to their disturbances. Enough!!!!!!!
The worst check in experiance ever. I booked a 10 night stay at this hotel for me.and my family. I ALSO PAID EXTRA to reserve a superior quad room 6 months prior to my travel but was given a classic room at check-in. I had to fight to get the room I paid for, After being told that particular room does not exist anymore and changes have been made to rooms. I refused to accept their words and fought for my due rights; in the end was given the room I paid for exactly as it was showed to me on my app at time of booking. Why LIE? Why give me a classic room? why refuse to give me the room I booked? Why tell me that room No longer exists? And then in the end give me the exact room I booked? If I did not stick to my principals and demand what I paid for I would have been fooled. Getting an upgrade as a platinum member is far fetched at this hotel; when they are not even willing to give you the room you booked how will they be willing to upgrade you? To be honest I feel less valued every time I come to this hotel due to my race. This may be my last visit to this hotel in madina. No other country am I made to feel like this as a platinum member.
