The staff at the kids club were exception, they went over and beyond for the kids. My Kids really loved the kids club, Thanks to Ikbal Touria for making their holiday a memorable one with all the activities she did with them, painting, making cardboard hats, making hand bracelets, treasure hunt and so many other activities. It was a very safe and happy environment with very friendly staff who always smiled and made us feel very welcome.

Very nice hotel, mostly really good. Its beautifully decorated hotel with magnificent and well maintained grounds, gardens. The check in is a bit slow and in general they are a bit disorganised. But very friendly and willing to assist. Especially would like to mention two ladies on the reception who were very helpful. Both Ladies had the same name: Omaima Thank you to all the staff who helped us, consierge Rafic was very helpful

Everythingabout this place is Awesome Chef Sami at breakgast was very niceamd helpful. Hemade sure we were well taken care. Great guy! I will ask for him daily. Jr is such a great addition to this beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. If anyone is looking for a nice place to stay this is it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and simply loved it. It has a wow factor upon entering what with posh cars parked at the driveway. The hotel reception was big and spacious and very well decorated. We took a walk around the hotel and was very impressed with the well kept gardens and though it was.crowded with guests it did not feel overwhelming. The heated swimming pool was very popular with the guests and so the spa too as we couldn’t get a timeslot for both nights that we stayed so best to book in advance before arrival . The rooms were big and we had a room on the ground floor that can open up to the terrqce with a garden setting - very relaxing to sit outside after a long day ! We spotted some rabbits and a peacock roaming around the premise and it was a beautiful sight. There were lavender plants grown in the gardens and we can smell the freshness as we walked by. We had the buffet dinner on both nights and the quality of food was good and more than adequate. Same for the breakfast with its delicious pastries and breads. There was a mini chocolate party close to the hotel reception area in the evenings and it was divine. So are the mint tea and biscuits served nearby. Do take note of the timings and be there ! Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel- very highly recommended !
