Family vacation
It was nice stayment ..the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.. the pool safe guard helpful .. the room was cozy & clean .. the beach had amazing activities & very clean .. I like med the food on Palm court breakfast & dinner it was delicious food & nice chefs . I will repeat it again

Aqaba Mövenpick offers the best personal service from every single person.
After 20 stays at Aqaba Mövenpick, this is definitely our home away from home. Mövenpick is a hotel with a heart. Never, at any hotels in the whole world, have we been treated with ever smiling people with impeccable service. The private beach is reached by a lush garden. Just a short walk to the town center souk.

Amazing
It was really nice weekend!! We were enjoyed with animation team all day!! Beach was clean and big!!! Staff so helpful!!!!

Good. But I expect better from a five star
Hotel feels old, there’s no USB chargers, nor are there free electric outlets near the bed. The TV has no access to streaming services and only very old mirroring systems. The toilet tank was running water all the time. At some point the first night the phone started blinking with a warning light saying I had a message, I called the reception about it and there was no message and they seemed to be familiar with the glitch, they told me to disconnect and reconnect the receiver, which didn’t help. I reported it ti reception three times and never did they come to check nor did they fix it. There’s no activities for adults like karaoke or live music nights. The first couple of days were very nice but as the weekend approached the hotel became noisy, overrun by children everywhere, cues to use the elevators, insufficient space in the sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was very kind but not very attentive to detail.
