I must say, the service provided is simply outstanding, surpassing all expectations. The food served is absolutely delightful, tantalizing my taste buds with each and every bite. Move on and pick other hotels!
Old property. Door lock not working properly - have to try inserting and pulling it out the access card few times before the handle could engage and open the lock. One of the concierge staff tried to “take care of me” by proposing few “services”. The internet was terribly slow on the last day of my stay. I could not even send emails out from my laptop. I may not stay here again.

Comfortable
Super comfortable stay. Nice pool, good food, air conditioning. May was very helpful at the front desk with anything we needed. Close to a lot of places in town. Would highly recommend

Good potential for this hotel
I had a 6 night business stay at this hotel with a number of colleagues. The hotel is fairly well situated and there’s a tuk tuk to take you to Asoke BTS every 30 mins. The hotel was fairly clean and the rooms nice. The biggest thing the hotel could do to improve things is train their staff to smile and “pretend” to be happy. I constantly felt like I was in trouble esp in the executive lounge over the smallest thing. They have a distinct lack of crockery - always running out of cups for coffee or drinks and despite saying all day soft drinks they only ever had 2 drinks out of each type and you had to constantly ask for more. I was scolded for taking a cup into my room - honestly, for a hotel like this, buy more cups. I probably had 10+ instances of being scolded for very minor things, even for asking for a document to be printed - I felt like I was in trouble for asking for it to be printed - just tell me to pay for it - I would have done that. I don’t know if the staff are scared of their guests or scared of management. My colleagues found it the same. If service was better improved, it would be an exceptional hotel. However I don’t think I’ll return.
