Enjoyed it
Enjoyed everything, thankful for the room upgrade, especial thanks to the reception employee Muhannad, he's the reason for our happy experience and he's a very proactive, empathic, and welcoming person. No words to thank him! The beach, the pool, the rooms, and the aqua are superb. What i didn't like: food quality, taste and variety should be improved. Unfortunately we found flies in the restaurant and reported to the restaurant staff. Restaurantsm staff are not the most professional ones I've seen. Pool next to the Aqua Park is not clean. The big shower in the room needed maintenance. Maintenance guy came but it wasn't fixed properly after he left. We found dirty sheets in our bed. Housekeeping has thankfully changed it with a clean one, nothing that firstly they changed it with one that has a bad smell (as if it wasn't dried well) In the Aqua park: in the highest slide the blue one, i hurt my leg with the water pipes while i was sliding. This hotel is very nice
The gym is very good and clean. The coach is A cooperating person and cleaver . The gym has many hoist machines which very good machine . The hotel is very nice and clean .the food is delicious and varied . Swimming pool Is clean and good at the end this hotel is very nice place and I recommend it . With my best wishes for everyone 😁😁

Good hotel , with nice rooms , good food and helpful staff, espetially Ayman. Nice beach and waterpark. Rooms are cleaned every day, and food is different.

Good personal
In fact, the hotel is 4 stars. There are no snacks between breakfast, lunch or dinner, 2 towels are provided. Bathrobes, toothbrushes on request. rooms without renovation. The advantage of the hotel is the friendly staff. Good animators Shika and Tamara, very funny, incendiary and friendly. Many thanks to captain Badaway, who works on the beach, he talks about fish, helps to see a turtle, helps to dive from the pier. Keeps order on the beach. It's very nice.
