This hotel is the best I stayed for 2 nights was amazing Staff and reception are amazing I was in room 3220 Room rubbish bin was never cleaned even from the stay pror me But i didnt complain to be honest Thanks to the staff and the hotel management Hend sorour

Resturant, the only thing I can say it’s clean with very welcoming staff. But in terms of quality and taste it’s below average. The same food everyday Bathrroms, clean and functioning but old poorly maintained furniture. The bathroom condition is possibly a 2 star level Limited seats in the lobby considering the large volume in Ramadan time. Check in service was fast as they have good number of staff working the same time Beds were comfortable Private transportation company taking care of airport transportation. Unnecessarily too expensive. You can easily take a car with half the price outside the hotel.

The room service is dirty,, no honest people specially to drop off the airport,, took from me 450 riyal to drop off Jedda international airport,, the hotel car dropped us and left quickly realizing it’s not the right airport,, took us hard times to get to the right airport,, late.

As Salaam Alaikum and Ramadan Kareem. We have just returned from Umrah on 8 March. Our room was very clean and even with the young man who handled section always available to meet our needs. The front desk, concierge and greeters are very friendly and convey the impression that they love their jobs. Al Hajar restaurant on level M2 is fantastic! The selection of food is vast; salads, breads, assortment of beans, meats, fish desserts was just the right start before Ramadan. By the way.. they even have a children/kids corner to wire up the little ones. However, what makes Al Hajar very special is the staff. The chiefs were always walking around to see if anything was needed and they had time to stop for a quick conversation. The gentlemen and ladies who work reception were very friendly and attentive to our needs. And what can I say about the guys who cleared our plates, asks if we needed anything and took it upon themselves to bring us soup or special Tea. At one point when my wife did not show up around her normal time, they checked the neighboring restaurant on the same floor and I believe the one at M1 level as well. They were as happy as I when she turned up. I would like to have copied their names so that I can give them all the recognition they so duly deserve. But having a touch of the flu prevented me from a longer meal there before our group left for the airport. 10/10 stars for all. As far as location to masjid Al Haram or the Kaaba ; Movenpick is right in front. Both the gates for women (gate 89) and men right next to it for masjid Al Haram. To the right of the masjid you will see men wearing their Ihram, women and children going to another entrance to start Umrah. I wholeheartedly, recommend Movenpick hotel for all it has to offer and the wonder staff. Ramadan Kareem

I booked and paid the room via the hotel website on 28th February 2024. When I checked in, the front office staff asked me to pay the room. I told her that I already paid online via the hotel website and I showed her the receipt from the hotel. Then she asked me to send the receipt via airdrop to her mobile. However she still didn’t trust with the receipt and asked me to prove from my bank payment and asked me to send it to her iphone. This was annoying me even finally she gave me the room key with long time waiting. Hotel Staff was unprofessional and unpleasant.
