Movenpick Medina Management is Meritorious, especially food and Beverages section . Highly Trained and well Mannered staff and veteran chef . I book restaurant for my family , The experience with Movenpick was awesome . Food was so neat and delicious as i want . Other services are also admire able. I would recommend that in Medina Best hotel for family is Movenpick . Once again lots appreciation for staff as well .

Booked two rooms at Movenpick. But wasn’t happy at first. Spoke to Rawan at reception and she was brilliant. She helped us to select a different room and we were very pleased. Thank you Rawan for your service. You are a credit to the team and deserve to be recognised and awarded accordingly.
Rawan was very helpful to resolve my issue. Had a great experience in the hotel, very quick response from the customer service. I will definitely visit again and will recommend the hotel to my family and friends. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great location , the hotel definitely needs to be upgraded it doesn’t even deserve my star. The counter staff extremely unfriendly and not helpful. My first time at the hotel and definitely my last. Complained as the room they gave me was smelling extremely bad , they made me walk up and down and left my baggage unattended and could not locate it. Very very basic hotel and did not meet my expectations.
