Mövenpick Lausanne

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area and near the metro in Ouchy area. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views. They give free passes for all kinds of public transports in the city during your stay and you can benefit from discounts with the public transport card. The drawback is the waitresses in the breakfast area in the morning. The management should supervise the breakfast area so the whole team will be motivated , pleasant and don’t start to clean the breakfast buffet at 9:30 am. It is not nice for the image of the hotel.

Amazing and relaxing stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, with so many little attentions to make us feel welcomed (chocolate, very cute bed for my baby as well as baby soap and shampoo). The room had an incredible view and was very quiet which made us feel so relaxed, exactly what we needed. Finally the hotel is perfectly located by the lake and close to the tube to reach the city center, it was very easy to move around and discover Lausanne. We would definitely come back and recommend it!

An unforgettable experience with my family. Spectacular location in front of the lake with magnificent views, and very close to the Lausanne metro. Special thanks to Benji, David and Mathias for being so service-oriented, always available to help with a big smile; you guys made us feel at home.

Very nice Hotel overlooking Lake Geneva. Great service - Great Location. Good comfortable rooms. Had trouble with the internet in our original room so they moved us in to one where it worked well - not their issue but rather their internet providers issue. Slept well in a comfortable bed

Good hotel, especially location wise with a <5 min. walk to the IMD. Decent food and service, nice rooms, close to metro station and good restaurants and a well equipped gym. The hotel has some areas under renovation, I expect more spaces in there soon. I Recommend!
