Just had an amazing massage with Diari, she had a magical touch and all my aching muscles and tension have disappeared. Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. Diari was able to match her pressure to my comfort level.

My second time here. First for business meeting now I’m taking my kids here. Free upgrade to the pool view :) Birthday celebration with my two kids. Many children activities. Perfect for family. Kids club are awesome. Spa was very good. Thanks to Arti, I had the best massage for 2 sessions. Breakfast spread could be better. (Compared to some of the 4/5 stars resort Ive stayed in Nusa Dua) Rooms are huge. Staff are great.

A warning to other families travelling with children re interconnecting rooms. We are due to stay at the Movenpick Hotel Bali this May and had booked the classic garden rooms (we had to pay for two rooms as our 12 year old daughter is considered an adult by the hotel and so has to have her own room). We accepted this and on explaining that we needed interconnecting rooms, we were told to pay for the more expensive pool rooms. We did this, but were then told that the interconnecting rooms would not be reserved for us; just a request would be made, and we would not find out until we arrived if the rooms would be interconnecting or not. Two months and numerous emails and phone calls later, Movenpick Bali is still refusing to ensure that the two pool rooms we have paid for are interconnecting, even though there is no reason for them not to be. It's a real worry, and so frustrating that we just receive polite emails with platitudes, which show no empathy or common sense at all. Not the best start to our holiday

Very nice spa, modern, clean, and well decorated. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, which makes you feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here, and Putri was an excellent therapist. She was kind and professional. She gave me the best massage I ever had.
